When an institution’s credibility rests on a major report, white paper, or book, the difference between a document that lands and one that doesn’t is rarely the underlying research. It’s how the argument is built, how the material is framed and edited, and knowing what an institution can and cannot responsibly say.

That’s the work I do.

I take responsibility for long, complex, high-stakes documents from first outline through final proof. That can mean rebuilding the structure, establishing a consistent and authoritative voice, reconciling competing input from executives, funders, and counsel, and making sure every important claim can withstand scrutiny from boards, policymakers, journalists, and critics.
